Am I eligible to register in the Producer Loyalty Program? +

Answer

If you are a Canadian swine producer you may register in the Program.

When did the Program start ? +

Answer

The Program starts in October 2012. Thus invoices accepted must be dated after October 1, 2012.

Will my points be cumulated in the future ? +

Answer

Points can be cumulated until you exchange them for rewards. Please note, however, that all 2017 points must be redeemed before the end of December 2018. After this date, they will expire.

How often should I send in my invoices ? +

Answer

You may send in your invoices as frequently as you wish, but, depending on the number of invoices, we suggest that you do so every month or at the end of each seasonal promotion.

When is the deadline to send in my 2017 invoices? +

Answer

You have until September 30 of the following year to send your invoices. The invoices for your 2017 purchases must be sent before September 30, 2018.

What kind of proof of purchase do I need to send? +

Answer

You need to send copies* of your original invoices by email, fax or mail (prepaid envelopes are available from your Zoetis Territory Manager and vet clinic). The invoices must have a clear date of purchase and products must have been purchased from a Canadian veterinarian.*Please note that authenticated Veterinarian Sales Reports are accepted and that original invoices will not be returned.

Once I send my invoices, how long does it take to credit my account? +

Answer

Once we receive your proofs of purchase, it takes no more than 30 days to process your PLP points. You can get an update of your account online and redeem your points at your convenience.

How long will it take to receive my rewards? +

Answer

Please allow four to six weeks for rewards shipping process.
